InSite Forms
Practiv designed InSite Forms in collaboration with major international insurers to support centralised management of new offerings by means of simple to use data--centric forms - across channels, user groups, and systems. By using InSite Forms, errors are eliminated and transaction cycles are compressed - allowing products to be flexibly designed and made available, and applications to be received without the errors and delays associated with traditional paper based processes.

InSite Forms consists of 4 modules:

Insite Forms - Builder
Design intuitive web-based forms, validation rules and their associated XML data, adapt and brand them for different channels and partners - and deploy them to in-house servers, extranet portals, or the systems of distribution partners.

InSite Forms - Viewer
Allow forms to be rendered for online or offline use.

InSite Forms - Manager
Manage the retrieval, storage, routing, conversion, and completion of both fullly completed and partially completed forms.

InSite Forms - Mobile Phone Connector
Make the forms designed by Insite Forms - Builder on mobile phones - supporting mobile staff and distribution partners with a cost-effective point of sale device.
