Charles is the founder and Group Chief Executive of Practiv and its associated companies.

His background is in technology, with a Computer Science degree and experience with Sun, IBM, and Logica.

In the midst of.com hysteria, Charles saw long term opportunity in the application of ebusiness principles - using technology to get closer to customers, to streamline processes, and to increase margins.

Charles enjoys working with customers to tackle their issues and opportunities. His leadership success in bringing different personalities and disciplines to work together has directly contributed to the creation of several billion pounds of value created for their shareholders, improved competition and choice for their customers, and improved communication and morale among their employees.
