recruitment process
We have tailored our recruitment process to help both Practiv and the candidate ensure that the company, the role and the person all fit together. We aim to ensure the candidate's general suitability for the role as well as within the wider Practiv team.
- CVs are screened to determine if a first interview is warranted.
- First interview – with the manager where the role and your background are discussed. At this time we also often provide a technical quiz to assess the candidate’s technical competency.
- Second interview – this is a more technical interview with a senior technical person, as well as a line manager.
- If the second interview recommends a selection, then reference checks will be undertaken and the manager will make a final decision.
