Practiv was founded in 2000 by a small group of IT and business managers who had worked together on several successful and innovative e-Commerce projects.  In the midst of .com hysteria, the founders saw long term opportunity in the application of e business principles - evolving business, using technology to get closer to customers, streamline process, and increase margins.

Over the course of our 10 years in business, our Auckland team has developed business-critical B2B and B2C e-commerce applications for leading banks, financial services companies and insurers in the UK. In addition, we developed online B2B sales and provisioning systems for European and NZ telecommunications providers.

Practiv today is a substantial and diverse business supporting change management, business process design, and IT design and development.

Our team are focused on improving our customers business results. All appreciate the value of each other’s skill sets and roles. Because our technology staff offer an extensive skill set – covering both business and IT domain knowledge – they are able offer significant value to our clients.

Our technical skills cover most of the mainstream enterprise technologies – an added advantage given the heterogeneous environments at our clients after multiple mergers and acquisitions.
